Signposting

All the paths are marked and have numerous illustrative signposting features to guide users along the different paths in the park.

So that you can better understand the interpretation of the various signposts, below there is a summary of the features you may find:

YELLOW DOTS

Horizontal signposting that indicates communal paths.

RED AND WHITE STRIPES

Horizontal signposting that indicates a GR (long distance footpath), which is the name given to the paths of a European network of footpaths.

YELLOW AND RED STRIPES

Horizontal signposting that indicates a GRP (long distance footpath throughout the country). These itineraries allow you to walk all around the country and explore the entire Principality.

BANNERS

Vertical signposting that indicates the direction of the routes, the distances and the pictograms of notable features, such as manned refuges, viewpoints or waterfalls, among others.

REDISCOVERY PATH

A rediscovery path that brings together the territories of the Alt Urgell, Andorra and the Ariège by means of former shepherds’ paths.

CORONALLACS


Vertical signposting that indicates the Coronallacs, a circular hiking route that connects the four manned refuges currently found in Andorra.
